**GUINNESS PRO14 XTRA TERMS AND CONDITIONS** **Introduction** These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) applicable to all members of the Guinness PRO14 XTRA (the “Membership”). The Membership is organised, promoted and managed by PRO RUGBY CHAMPIONSHIP DAC, a company registered in Ireland, under company number 406400, with its registered office at 3rd Floor Millbank House, Arkle Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18 D18 C6R3, Ireland (“Celtic Rugby”) and who are the organisers of the Guinness PRO14. **Joining the Membership** To join the Membership you must register through the PRO14 XTRA sign up process on the PRO14 website, app or certified 3rd party platform. Membership is open to anyone and is free to enter. Membership is restricted to one per person. Any person who makes or conspires to make multiple applications will have their Membership terminated. **Membership period** The Membership period will run from the date you register an account and will run indefinitely unless terminated early in accordance with these Terms (the “Membership Period”). **Membership benefits** Once you join the Membership you will benefit from the following: Access to Guinness PRO14 match highlights and replays on PRO14 TV; exclusive opinion articles and video content; personalised experience on the Guinness PRO14 XTRA app; vote for the Man of the Match and in exclusive polls; exclusive offers, competitions and invitations; exclusive PRO14 XTRA newsletter delivering the latest news and offers to your inbox. You will receive information about Membership benefits via email and Celtic Rugby reserve the right to contact you throughout the Membership Period via email, SMS or phone about key updates regarding Membership, including and not limited to information about ticket availability and other key Membership benefits. You can opt out of these communications at any time. Celtic Rugby reserves the right to add, amend or remove Membership benefits at any time and without prior notice. **Termination** If you breach any of these Terms or misuse your Membership in any manner, Celtic Rugby may: Issue a warning to you; suspend your Membership and all associated benefits for a period of time; or terminate your Membership. In the event we suspend or terminate your Membership, your access to the Membership will be suspended or terminated (as appropriate) and you should immediately cease using the Membership and cease to exploit any benefits of the Membership. **General** Personal data collected will be held in accordance with Celtic Rugby’s privacy policy https://pro14.rugby/privacy-policy Nothing in these Terms shall constitute or imply any guarantee of entitlement to a ticket, seat or access to any area of any live event associated with Guinness PRO14. You are not granted any rights to use, and may not use any of the Membership Materials other than as set out in these Terms. You may not copy, publish, distribute, post or display any part of the Membership Materials in any form and you may not use the Membership Materials for any commercial purposes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Celtic Rugby’s liability for: death or personal injury caused by Celtic Rugby’s negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and any other matters whereby it would be unlawful to exclude or limit liability. Celtic Rugby is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable or which is beyond our reasonable control. You agree not to use the Membership for any commercial or business purposes, and Celtic Rugby has no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity. Celtic Rugby’s maximum liability to you under these Terms will be limited to the amount of £100. Celtic Rugby reserves the right to refuse any application for Membership at its sole discretion without reason. Celtic Rugby reserves the right to change the tenure of any Membership.
