Ospreys head coach Steve Tandy insists his side cannot afford a lapse in concentration when they travel to Italy to play Benetton Treviso in the GUINNESS PRO12. The Welsh side head to Stadio Comunale di Monigo seeking a third successive win after beating Munster 26-12 and Zebre 53-22 last time out. But both those fixtures were played in Swansea while Ospreys have not been victorious on the road in the GUINNESS PRO12 since beating Zebre 15-14 in Parma on 3rd October. So with just four league fixtures remaining Tandy admits Ospreys must do all they can to ensure they remain in the top-four. "We're at that stage of the season now where every game is crucial and every point gained or lost can make a huge difference,” he explained. “We've had a couple of good wins against Munster and Zebre which have allowed us to retake control of our own fate, something that is so important when you get to this point, but everybody here is well aware that we've achieved nothing yet. “We've got a lot of hard work ahead of us if we want to ensure our season runs beyond May the 16th and round 22 in Connacht. "We know that we are going to have to be 100 per cent every week now. If we can do that, for each of the games that are left, then we know that we'll be able to stay in the top four and qualify for the play-offs.” Tandy introduces five changes to his side that beat Zebre with Wales internationals Dan Biggar, Rhys Webb, Alun-Wyn Jones and Dan Lydiate all coming into the starting line-up. Winger Eli Walker will replace Hanno Dirkson to make his 50th appearance for the club. Meanwhile Tom Habberfield, Sam Davies, Lloyd Peers and James King all drop to the replacements' bench. But after a spirited second-half performance against Newport Gwent Dragons in round 18, Treviso will be hopeful that they can push Ospreys all the way in Friday’s game. Despite falling to a 32-17 defeat the Italians made an impressive comeback after the interval and came within three points of their opponents at one stage. Scrum half Edoardo Gori starts on his 50th cap for Treviso, while back rower Francesco Minto makes his 50th appearance in the GUINNESS PRO12. Paul Derbyshire replaces Marco Barbini as flanker and Marco Fuser has been chosen in the second row together with Corniel Van Zyl. However, the Italians are without Exeter-bound Michele Campagnaro with Luca Morisi paired with Enrico Bacchin in midfield with Andrea Pratichetti starting on the wing. Tandy confessed his planning for this game had been meticulous and warned that he expected a similar level of commitment from all of his players in their hunt for the play-offs. “Preparation is the key from here on in,” he added. “There needs to be attention to detail and everybody has to know what is expected of them, and of those around them. That's pretty much been the message all week long. “Complacency won't come into it as we know how dangerous a place this is to go, we will be going there demanding and expecting a top level performance, as we will every week between now and the end of the season.” At Stadio Monigo, 8.35pm local time (7.35pm UK & Ireland) Live on Nuvolari/BBC Wales Referee: Dudley Phillips (IRFU, 49th competition game) Assistant Referees: Marius Mitrea, Simone Boaretto (both FIR) Citing Commissioner: Marco Cordelli (FIR ) TMO: Carlo Damasco (FIR ) Follow us on Facebook, join the conversation on Twitter, sign up to our YouTube channel for extensive match highlights and sign up for our newsletter for regular updates on the GUINNESS PRO12
