The Champions Cup has been whittled down to the last remaining four and there is still the possibility of an all-Guinness PRO14 final. Munster Rugby have a tough trip to England to take on Saracens in a replay of the 2017 semi-final which saw Saracens progress and go on to claim back-to-back titles. While on the other side of the draw, reigning champions Leinster face a visit from French giants and the Top 14’s leading side Toulouse. SATURDAY Saracens v Munster Rugby Kick-off: 3pm Venue: Ricoh Arena, Coventry Munster will arrive in England as Conference A’s second-placed team as they currently sit three points behind leaders Glasgow Warriors. The Irishmen have put a run of three consecutive wins together since their defeat to Ospreys while hosts Saracens have endured a topsy-turvy second half to the season. The defending Gallagher Premiership Rugby champions were dealt another defeat at the hands of Bristol Bears last weekend as they suffered their fifth consecutive away league loss for the first time in ten years. But Mark McCall’s men stay second in the league table and have won seven from seven this season in Europe – they will be tough to stop. If they are to progress, Munster will need to eradicate the memory of two years ago when after dominating the game in its early stages, they ultimately lost out to Saracens 10-26 at the Aviva Stadium. SUNDAY Leinster v Toulouse Kick-off: 3.15pm Venue: Aviva Stadium, Dublin Leinster have been in imperious form this season which has seen them wrap up top spot in Conference A with a handful of games leftover. Over in France, Toulouse have been doing something similar and currently lead the Top 14 by eight points winning four of their last five outings and only losing once in 2019. Toulouse have already done the business over the reigning champions as well, beating them 28-17 in the pool stages but that win came in the south of France. Leinster have been shuffling their pack of late with double-figure changes made for recent clashes with Benetton Rugby and Glasgow Warriors but it is likely their key figures including Jonny Sexton will return on Sunday. Honourably, Toulouse will be wearing a silhouette of Notre-Dame cathedral on their kit as a tribute to the fire-damaged Parisian monument.
