**Dai Young admits "it feels like a very different challenge and a very different place" as he prepares to launch his second spell in charge of Cardiff Blues.** The 53-year-old Welshman has returned to the Arms Park as interim rugby director. His role runs until the end of this season and begins with a Guinness PRO14 Welsh derby clash between the Blues and Scarlets in Llanelli on Friday. Young has been out of the game for 11 months since leaving his position with Wasps where during a nine-year stint he took them to the 2017 Premiership final and made them consistent title play-off challengers.
