**Wales should have been readying themselves for Judgement Day next week but instead they and the rest of the Guinness PRO14 are making do with a period of reflection.** There’s no better day than Thursday for a throwback – so why not remind yourself of one of the most enthralling Judgement Day results in recent history? Scarlets and Dragons were due to face off in Llanelli late last month but it was Principality Stadium that played host to a nine-try classic 12 months ago. Dragons finally broke their Judgement Day duck when Matthew Screech scored the winning try in the dying minutes, earning a slim victory against a Scarlets side that played their part in a belter. With a Guinness PRO14 Final Series place up for grabs, Scarlets started on the front foot, with Ioan Nicholas, Johnny McNicholl and Gareth Davies all scoring to complete an ideal opening 30 minutes. Dragons’ score was only held aloft by two Josh Lewis penalties in the first half, trailing 17-6 with 40 minutes left to play. But their tails were certainly up in the second half, storming into the lead thanks to tries from Screech, Jack Dixon and Lewis. With a Champions Cup place on their minds, Scarlets replied instantly with a try of their own when Hallam Amos linked well with Aaron Wainwright before releasing Dixon to score. The back-and-forth affair continued in the 56th minute when Lewis intercepted a loose pass to break clear and dot down under the posts. But Scarlets were in no mood to roll over, Ken Owens showing his eye for a perfect pass when he popped the ball to Jonathan Davies for a fourth try, securing the bonus point. McNicholl then added to the score with an identical try on the right-hand side which allowed Leigh Halfpenny to convert to restore a 29-27 lead on 65 minutes. As the clock began to tick down, Dragons’ hopes appeared diminished by a Halfpenny penalty in the 72nd minute. The game looked to be over but that didn’t account for Screech showing great panache to score his second try, burrowing through a gap with barely a minute on the clock. Jason Tovey then showed nerves of steel to convert the resulting kick and put his Dragons ahead once again at 34-32. Still there was time for more, Rhys Patchell almost becoming the hero with a last-gasp drop-goal attempt, with his missed effort the final action of an enthralling match. For Dragons, this was a fifth victory of the season and perhaps their most important, with victory at Principality Stadium their first away from Rodney Parade since March 2015. As for Scarlets, their European ambitions continued to hang in the balance, qualifying for the Guinness PRO14 European Champions Cup Play-Off before eventually missing out to Ospreys. **COVID-19: PLAY YOUR PART** · Wash your hands regularly for 20 seconds at a time · Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth · Cough or sneeze into your elbow or a tissue and immediately bin the tissue · Keep surfaces clean · Reduce social interactions · Keep a distance of 2 metres between themselves and other people · Stay at home if possible **For the latest advice from your area see below:** UK: [Click here](https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/coronavirus-covid-19-list-of-guidance) Ireland: [Click here](https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/coronavirus.html) Italy: [Click here](http://www.salute.gov.it/portale/nuovocoronavirus/dettaglioContenutiNuovoCoronavirus.jsp?lingua=italiano&id=5351&area=nuovoCoronavirus&menu=vuoto) South Africa: [Click here](https://sacoronavirus.co.za/)
