Edinburgh were also victorious in the second part of Friday’s double-header before Saturday saw Munster overcome Scarlets and Dragons edge out Toyota Cheetahs in a Newport nail-biter. Connacht and Isuzu Southern Kings then provided a fitting conclusion to the weekend’s action on Sunday in Port Elizabeth, with the 14-man visitors emerging victorious.
